Upgrader items adds a risk-and-reward item conversion system built around a new Upgrader. Place an item in the left slot, choose the desired result from the list, and the mod calculates the odds from the actual value of both items. A marker then travels around the wheel: landing in the gold zone grants the selected upgrade, while a failed attempt destroys the original item. This turns spare materials and valuable equipment into tense but understandable gambles instead of relying on completely hidden chances. Item values are derived automatically from crafting, smelting, blasting, smoking, campfire, stonecutting, and smithing recipes, allowing compatible modded items to work without individual patches. Remaining durability affects the value of damaged tools, and configurable overrides, multipliers, blacklists, and attempt limits provide control for modpacks and servers. Rolls are handled server-side for multiplayer safety. The mod supports Fabric, Forge, and NeoForge across its available Minecraft releases.
